1. Introduction
These terms cover use of pexelgrafix.com and engagements with Pexel Grafix for game prototypes, production, and publishing partnerships.
2. Acceptance
By using the site or submitting a pitch, newsletter signup, or project inquiry, you agree to these terms.
3. Site Use
Don’t misuse the site, scrape it aggressively, or submit spam through our forms. We may block abusive traffic.
4. Project Work
Paid work (sprints, squads, publishing deals) is governed by a separate written agreement. Site pricing is a starting point, not a binding quote until scoped.
5. Intellectual Property
Studio branding, site content, and our shipped game IP remain ours unless a contract says otherwise. Client IP in a pitch stays yours.
6. Limitation of Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use.
